The Team
Home to Computer Future's fastest-growing team, this is a unique opportunity to join one of the top-performing brands across 45 offices and 15 countries. The Team has already landed some exciting new customers who are household names, in addition to our already robust portfolio. Top billers on this team make $400k and almost half of the team is making $200k !
Functions of the role
• Manage a 360 desk fully supporting candidates and clients
• Establish and maintain your own client relationships
• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized IT positions
• Oversee the complete submission, interview, and onboarding cycle for your candidates
Skills we look for
• 6 months-2 years of B2B sales or sales internship experience
• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
• Competitiveness, resilience, coachability, and ambition
• Excellent communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Solution-oriented and able to turn problems into opportunities
