STI Global Services is Hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor Near Covington, LA
- This is a night shift. Starts late afternoon and works until about 3am or when work is completed.
- Monday through Thursday - 10-hour shifts.
- On occasions they may have to work on a Friday.
Must Have:
- 3-5 years’ experience managing people in a production environment
- They will be managing 30-40 people on the shift.
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) would be preferred but not necessary.
- Must appreciate a continuous improvement environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to get along with all personality types.
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Will have to be hands on sometimes because it is a production environment. Servant leadership is key!
- Computer skills required: MS Excel and be able to learn new programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $81,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
