Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our growing team at Sticky Chikky. As a crucial part of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on accurate customer order fulfillment and delivering quality food.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Process payments using the POS system.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a culinary environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in time management to handle peak hours efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.42 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
