Stickyz Rock'n'Roll Chicken Shack (Little Rock - River Market District) is interviewing qualified applicants for the role of Assistant Kitchen Manager.

The person hired for this job will help lead a team through night / late night service from the expo position. Understanding timing in relation to volume with a strong voice to delegate tasks during rush is a key factor in determining one's success at this position.

Job Duties Include -

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, cleanup and team management

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures

- Train and mentor team members on proper food handling and customer service techniques

- Manage team and delegate tasks effectively

- Handle co-worker inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

- Ability to keep cool under pressure with a sense of urgency

- Ability to run expo line and call tickets to various stations with an understanding of timing and plating quality

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team

- Proficiency in food service management and shift operations

- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures

- Excellent communication skills for effective team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
