Through its history, STILETTO has provided merchandise operations for Rod Stewart, Diana Ross, John Mellencamp, Stevie Wonder, Cliff Richard, The Doobie Brothers, Michael Jackson, Chaka Khan, Carole King, Gloria Estefan, and Barry Manilow.
The company works closely with established entertainment clients, creating innovative products carefully tailored to each artist or brand. Product is sold on live tours, via selected retail outlets and through e-commerce.
We are looking for a detail oriented multi-tasker with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Own both online and physical (via retail store and live events) merchandising and from product ideation to execution including recap of performance success and forward-looking recommendations to the business.
• Responsible for efficiently and cost effectively designing, sourcing, producing, and inventory management of products for our merchandising clients
• Analyze website metrics and optimize your merchandising plan to drive sales
• Assist in the execution of all online marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, sales, and profits from merchandising efforts
• Oversee the consumer experience though online stores and customer service to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Implement sales strategies for moving clearance and closeout merchandise
• Work with marketing team to create promotional material and implement a cohesive merchandising strategy.
• Manage concert venue merchandising though intentional product displays, product management, staffing, and logistical planning. This includes travel and going on tour when necessary.
• Monitor competitor brands and activity to understand market dynamics and new strategies.
• Identify opportunities for improved business processes; create and implement process improvements focused on efficiencies and long-term growth.
Travel required. Graphic design experience highly encouraged. Previous entertainment experience encouraged, but not required.
