This full-time position, reporting to our Plant Manager, is responsible for all maintenance related activities for our facility, production lines and infrastructure at our bottling plant in Manor, TX. In addition to bottling Still Austin’s flagship and award-winning whiskeys and gin, the Manor facility provides contract blending, bottling, and packaging services catering to the craft spirits industry and operating as Texas Spirits Bottling Company.

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Establishing and executing a preventative maintenance program

· Systematically addressing maintenance related issues that impact safety, quality and productivity

· Assisting with line changeovers and start-up

· Training Packaging Associates on the fundamentals of bottling line operation & troubleshooting

· Managing and maintaining spare parts inventory

· Establishing strong OEM and aftermarket vendor relationships

· Establishing baseline setting for existing and new packages

· Supporting capital projects

· Maintaining our housekeeping standards

· Completing other work as assigned

· Maintaining an acceptable attendance record following company policy

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· High speed packaging experience; bottling highly preferred

· Distilled spirits experience highly desired

· Proven track record with mechanical, electrical, controls and PLC troubleshooting

· Six Sigma certification a plus

· Basic tool set (specialty tools to be provided)

· Working flexible hours when required
