Responsible for managing staff schedules in healthcare.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the community’s licensed departments meeting the needs of the residents based on budget, medical records, census and as may be directed by community administration. Strong attention to detail is a must as this position is responsible for setting all the nurse and CNA schedules across four neighborhoods. This position also assists with staff changes including setting interviews, hiring, and transferring staff. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a scheduler in a healthcare setting.
