Growing Accounting team in financial services focused multi-state law firm is seeking candidates at multiple levels of experience. Successful candidates for our Farmington Hills, MI based firm will be self-motivated, professionally minded individuals who work well in a fast paced, team-environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Process large volumes of payables and receivables
• Generate client remittance reports
• Participate in multiple levels of client and internal reconciliations
• Support internal and client audits to validate internal controls
• Communicate with clients in the financial services industry
• Collaborate to understand and deliver to the requirements of each individual client

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Candidates should have the following attributes:

• Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy for 10 key and data entry
• Ability to problem solve
• Excel in time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, typical. Month end may require additional time, which may exceed normal business operating hours.
