Stillwater Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Coomunity is seeking a committed and energetic individual to join our Skilled Nursing team.
This individual will ensure that the facility is adequately and safely staffed within budgetary guidelines with licensed Nurses, Med Techs, C.
N.A.s to provide quality care to residents. Will notify the DNS and Administrator of any excessive lateness, overtime, or tardiness issues.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish and foster a good working relationship with the staff.
