- Bachelor of Science in Health Promotions, Exercise Science or related field or Certification in Group Fitness or greater is required.
- Should have experience with active aging population, senior fitness.

- Classes are scheduled M/W/F 8:00am-9:00pm and T/Th 8:00am and 11:00am
- Able to meet the performance standards as set by the accrediting bodies for the particular class taught.
- Able to communicate with all skill levels of participants.
- Able to adapt class offering to accommodate special requirements unless doing so severely disrupts class expectations.
- Bachelor of Science in Health Promotions, Exercise Science or related field or Certification in Group Fitness or greater is required.
- Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
- Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
- Must have the physical capacity to perform the requirements of the class taught.
