• This position is PRN (10-15 hours per week)

Come join our team! JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for performing x-ray techniques and laboratory tests, maintaining all required documentation for regulatory agencies, and maintaining all supplies and equipment in proper working order.

Performs other functions as re-quested by the Laboratory Manager, supervising Radiology Technologist, or Clinic Manager. QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school graduate or GED equivalent. (Current AART or Radiology Certification preferred.)
• Completion of department orientation and competency.
• Excellent verbal, written, and clerical skills.
• Excellent customer relation skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology to include synonyms for common tests.
• Able to work without direct supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to work in latex-burdened environment.
• Ability to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, patients, and fellow employees.
• Coordination and motor skills required for obtaining blood specimens from patients following OSHA guidelines.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects to include small technical equipment is required.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses / contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
