Job Description
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Salary: $80k-$100k
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in concrete and earthwork. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best terms and prices.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in concrete and earthwork
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel to job sites as needed
