Job Duties:

• Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.
• Prepare food using various cooking methods.
• Assists other cooks and staff, deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixers, fryers, and packaging machine while following safety expectations.
• Receive and inspect product. Accurately package, date, and label product.
• Follow HACCP programs including verification and documentation of product.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures. 
• Maintain inventory and proper rotation of product.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age or older
• Must complete food safety class within 90 days of hire date
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work from eye level to floor level
• Must be able to stand on a step stool or ladder
• Must be able to work in a cooler averaging 32 degrees Fahrenheit 

Location: Store #211, located off I-80 Exit 221 in Sinclair, WY., 82334

Hours: Full time, 30-40 hours/week

Shift:Graveyard and Swing Shifts
