Position Overview
Your primary role would be Food Service Specialist, which is responsible for taking customer orders, preparing menu items, and/or packaging of the food product for the store while maintaining the high standards of the restaurant/store and displaying a friendly attitude. The candidate selected for this position will also cross train as a Customer Service Specialist to fill in as needed. As the face of our stores, Customer Service Specialists provide support by answering questions, providing product recommendations, completing transactions, stocking, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Job Duties:

• Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.

• Prep food product for the day
• Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
• Make sandwiches, burgers, and chicken as applicable per store location.
• Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixer, fryers, fryer safety, packaging machine.
• Receive and inspect product in.
• Accurately package and label product.
• Follow HACCP programs, including verification and documentation of product.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain inventory and proper rotation of product.
• Exhibit customer service excellence by fostering a welcoming environment and assisting customers with their needs.
• Accurately/Efficiently complete sales transactions and follow appropriate cash handling procedure.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted and faced, and priced accordingly.
• Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
• Ensure that the store is kept tidy and is welcoming to our guests.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to reach, stoop and bend frequently, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Some food service experience preferred.
• Able to follow multi-step directions.
• Must complete food safety class within 90 days of hire date.

Location : Store #28, located at 496 W. First St. Idaho Falls ID 83401
Hours : Part-Time, 8-29 hours/week
Shifts: Rotating
Days: Days and times may vary; including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Pay: Starts at $13.50 , Depending on Experience
