Overview:
The Shift Lead is responsible for all facets of the customer sales specialist position. In addition, the Shift Lead is responsible for providing effective, enthusiastic leadership in assisting with the management of store employees and in implementing the company's policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Check in vendors, warehouse orders and gas deliveries.
• Change fuel prices as required.
• Reconcile daily bookwork, finalize invoices, balance smart safe, and measure fuel gallons.
• Create, edit, and submit order requests for supplies.
• Assist ongoing training and development to staff members according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Communicates and enforces compliance of company policy and procedure.
• Exhibit customer service excellence by answering questions, building relationships with customers, and by promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Days and times may vary, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be consent to and pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Location : Stinker store #333, located at 13750 E. Quincy Ave., Aurora, CO., 80015
Hours : Full Time, 30-40 hours/week
Shifts: Evenings
Days: Weekend Availability Required - Days and times may vary; including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
