Stintino Management LLC is Hiring a Property Manager Near Greenville, NC

Job Description

Stintino Management is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and a drive to deliver value. We are looking for someone self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to ever-changing technology. Experience with lease-up is preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Organize everything about the property: store documentation, have all schedules always updated, and know the action dates.
  • Be resourceful on assisting the completion of the last construction steps. Walk all units constantly and maintain a unit-level controls updated daily until CO is obtained.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned property
  • Always treat tenants and vendors with respect and a positive attitude.
  • Utilize all the management systems and software to maintain property records and reports under state and federal regulations. Experience with Appfolio is a plus
  • Work with other team members and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations of your properties.
  • Lead the leasing process by showing prospective new prospects the vacant units and the amenities, utilizing the corporate leasing team as resource to schedule tours and follow up on leads.
  • Answer phone as needed from vendors and tenants. Occasionally, from prospects.
  • Perform inspection videos of vacant properties and implement the turn process for future leases.
  • Prepare lease packages for residents and tenants to ensure contract terms are met according to state and federal regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Be extremely organized
  • Must be able to multitask and perform duties expeditely while following company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Be an example for the staff and tenants and set the bar of communication and organization.
  • Experience with property management software. Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus
  • Be comfortable with new technology and software.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) as well as advanced computer and tech skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Be an example and have a passion to learn new things.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
