Pest Control Technician

IMMEDIATE OPENING for an individual wanting to help customers in a career in the pest control industry.

PAID TRAINING, so no past experience necessary. The technician will provide pest/rodent/termite/wildlife control services to residential and commercial customers. The individual will be fully trained and be a licensed certified technician. We have continuing education which will provided many other great opportunities including becoming a Certificated Commercial Applicator which will further increase your wages.

Can be physical and may use up to 18ft ladders from time to time. Must be dependable, have good communication skills, and be self-motivated.

This is a Full Time position with the opportunity for overtime hours. This is not seasonal work. Duties:
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies and treatment plans
- Provide recommendations to customers on preventing future pest problems
- Document all services provided and maintain accurate records

Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain treatment plans
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
