Our brewery in Chester County, PA has an exciting opportunity. We have Great Beers and a Great Brand and are looking for someone who wants to continue the tradition.

If you're passionate about brewing we have a great opportunity for the right person. You must have previous professional brewing experience and versed in many facets of brewing from hot side to packaging. This is a job for someone with PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL BREWING experience.

In this position, you will need to be out-going, friendly, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, a team player, organized, and dedicated to the craft. We have a 10bbl brewhouse with 10 and 20bbl fermentation, a centrifuge, and a canning line.

Duties
- Operate brewing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality beer
- Follow recipes and brewing processes to ensure consistency in flavor and quality
- Monitor fermentation process and make adjustments as needed
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work area
- Package finished beer into kegs and cans
- Maintain accurate records of brewing activities and inventory levels

Experience
- Previous experience working in a brewery or similar production environment preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization
- Ability to fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Familiarity with food industry standards, including food safety practices and HACCP guidelines
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain brewing equipment
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) for food and beverage production

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
