Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are seeking a proactive and professional Brand Ambassador to assist in developing relationships and maintaining communication with potential and existing business partners of Stone Arch Law Office.

The Brand Ambassador position includes active research and identification of potential business relationship opportunities as well as a significant amount of in-person contact requiring a candidate with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

This is a Monday-Friday position and could be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's preference and availability. Pay will be commensurate with experience with a range of $18-$20/hour plus bonuses and paid time off. Full-time hires would also be eligible for benefits. Regular travel within the metro area is required.

$18 - $20 hourly bonuses

• Provide support to the Client Services Director and Team
• Manage time to research and identify potential business relationship partners
• Keep timely and detailed notes on the Client Relationship Management ("CRM") database
• Be a team player and cover other staff when needed to help other firm roles as needed (take Intro calls from potential clients and serve as a witness for signings)
• Follow up with prospective and active business relationship partners within a timely manner after initial or recurrent outreach
• Follow up with advisor teams to gain feedback on potential improvement opportunities within the firm and report back to the Client Services Director for process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate a professional introduction between the prospective business professional/team and the legal team
• Actively engage with management about the quality and outcome of research, gift drop-offs, and feedback provided
• Be a friendly and professional first impression of Stone Arch Law Office
• Assist the Client Services Director with planning client events
• Stay current with the ethics rules of Minnesota and the legal industry in general
• Provide social media upkeep and suggestions through consistent updates and keeping up with competitor initiatives

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years sales experience preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Valid MN Driver's License and daily use of a reliable vehicle

Working Conditions:

• Work Model: Hybrid with consistent meeting/reporting to the Client Services Director
• Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, typing, stooping
• Physical Effort/Lifting: Up to 20 pounds
• Travel: Driving within the metro area on a regular basis
