WHAT? 

2 out of 5 services we sell are legally mandated — by end of 2024. Yes, you read that right. 

The first is Engineering reports for structural safety. 

The second is Reserve studies for condos’ 30-year budgets.

WHY? 

We are looking for a closer. We don’t need a business developer. 

There are 2 kinds of closers. Closers who work hard and closers who kind of work. 

If you’re still reading, you know which is (y)our kind. 

You’re the one generating 50 opportunities weekly and the one closing them. 

Your base salary is for your lead-gen and “admin work.” 

No true pro is writing home for their salary — this is a career play in sales

The thing that makes this ultra-exciting is ultra-competitive commissions. 

HOW? 

Mondays and Fridays — work from home, strictly through our CRM. 

You hunt 50 leads and nurture all open deals, each day. 

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — you’re on the road, visiting 15 companies each day. 

Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos, weekly. 

HOW MUCH? 

Average 1st-year OTE is 125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions. 

Good 1st-year OTE is 150-200K; great is 200K (doable, not a sold pipe-dream). 

Different tiers for different hunger — but we explain all in real life examples, if you make the 2nd interview. 

We top it all off with a heavy benefits package:
