• Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Job Summary:

• The Showroom Specialist for our Memphis location is responsible for providing an excellent first impression for all customers who interact with us in person, over the phone or via email. This employee should have a high level of customer service skills, top tier verbal and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of our products and services. This position is also responsible for assisting sales associates by creating leads, inputting their orders and following up on jobs in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close showroom daily
• Maintain cleanliness of showroom, bathroom and refreshment area
• Assist all customers with product selection (brick, stone, pavers, etc.) and necessary accessories needed (wire, sand, address markers, sealer, etc.)
• Become proficient with Integrisoft and its functions (being able to create quotes, input orders, receive payments, understand inventory, understand pricing, etc.)
• Understand inventory details such as order minimums, cube counts, special orders, etc.
• Create quotes and obtain customer signatures via DocuSign
• Collect payments via credit card, upkeep cash box and cash ledger, and deposit checks via deposit machine
• Create leads for sales associates by cold calling builders in the Memphis area
• Consistently communicate with the Jonesboro home office regarding all ongoing jobs and needed material
• Fill out customer information sheets for all who walk through the door
• File paperwork and keep spreadsheets organized so that home office is up to date with all jobs
• Answer questions via phone call and email
• Continually update customers on timeline, deliveries, installation schedule, etc.
