Job duties include:

  • Setting and achieving daily goals.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining residential electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining residential plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining residential heating systems.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining pumps and mechanical systems.
  • Inventorying, maintaining and sorting building materials at our warehouse.
  • Delivering and picking up equipment and material as needed.
  • Repairing walls and ceiling.
  • Repairing flooring.
  • Replacing damaged cabinets, countertops, windows, etc.
  • Repairing a home after a move out to make it move in ready.
  • Repairing exterior parts of the home that are damaged.
  • Lawn care and snow removal at vacant units.

Minimum requirements for employment are: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in residential maintenance, repair or construction.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tools needed in residential maintenance.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Transportation to and from the jobsite
  • Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Three references

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. You will receive paid holidays, paid vacation, health, vision, dental insurance and an exceptional environment to grow in. You will also be given a service van for business use after 90 days that can be driven to your home every night. Thank you. Job Type: Full-time
