Hybrid Assistant Controller position with a company that provides communication support to both domestic and international companies. Exciting opportunity to work with a communications company that is experiencing tremendous growth. The Assistant Controller will report to the Controller and have responsibilities that include:

• Assist and be key member of all accounting, financial reporting, internal controls and treasury reporting
• Monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements
• Coordinate integration of accounting systems with newly acquired entities
• Train and develop staff
• Assist external auditors and provide reports based on their findings
• Special project

Candidates MUST be a CPA. We will not consider anyone without that certification.

Ideally 6-10 years of public/private experience and familiar with M&A and post acquisition reporting. Experience with GAAP and IFRS strongly preferred

Should be familiar with NetSuite and ERP implementations
