Job Responsibilities
Provides managerial direction and supervisory role to develop, manage, promote, and integrate all aspects of regional department operations to meet client needs and achieve department and company objectives.
Mentor and develop strong project structural engineering leads and future structural managers emphasizing company culture.
Serves as the Structural Engineering Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects.
Provide guidance and training to junior level engineers.
Responsible for accuracy and meeting deadlines on engineering deliverables.
Perform/implement QA/QC procedures on all reports and drawings deliverables.
Perform/manage structural engineering tasks and manage projects as needed.
Responsible for project’s budget and profit & loss management for the regional team
Strategically hires and trains staff to meet department goals and objectives.

Education Requirements?
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with emphasis on Steel, Concrete and Structural Analysis required
