Job Description
Stonebrook Exterior is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor progress and quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software is a plus.
