Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior repairs and maintenance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters, ensuring that all work meets Stonebrook Exterior's high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofing, siding, windows, and gutters to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on exterior components, including but not limited to, fixing leaks, replacing damaged shingles or siding, and repairing or replacing windows and gutters.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the repairs, estimated time frames, and any additional recommendations.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes and photographs of repairs.
• Manage inventory of repair materials and supplies, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide seamless service to clients.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and new products through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in construction or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior repair, including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
