Stonehurst Manor is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the overall smooth operations of our manor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and equipment repair, mowing, planting, landscaping, and plowing.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
- Mechanical aptitude for maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Leadership skills to oversee and guide maintenance tasks.
