We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Service Team reviewing customer contracts and entering orders. Responsibilities include, reviewing customer orders, terms and conditions, to ensure we meet the customer's needs. Duties also include emailing customers, entering orders working with other members of the Customer Service team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent computer and reading skills, as well as, a positive and helpful attitude. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and looking for long term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Review all customer orders to ensure we are meeting requirements.
• Thoroughly review terms and conditions of each contract.
• Make sure we are meeting all customer needs as contract requires.
• Entering orders.
• Emailing customers.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain a professional, organized work environment.
• Effectively communicate with co-workers.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Balance and prioritize workload to ensure quick turnaround.
• Assist customer service manager as necessary.
• Contribute to a pleasant, productive and positive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must type at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to problem solve and take action as necessary.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being detail oriented.
