Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in understanding their storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and facilitating the rental process.
- Assist both reservation and walk-in customers in renting storage units, explaining lease terms, fees, insurance, and completing lease agreements.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance visibility and drive rental opportunities.
- Manage inventory of merchandise, including essential items like boxes and tape, and ensure availability of products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date customer accounts and perform necessary collections activities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the property, including cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Work independently or with another manager in one or more locations.
- Manage cash drawer, conduct daily deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform daily physical inspections of storage units to ensure inventory availability and security.
- Seek training and coaching from Supervisors to continuously exceed company expectations.
- May be required to work at multiple locations within the Louisiville, KY area.
- Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for work-related duties.
- Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday.
- Must have excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Minimum one year of Customer Service and/or Sales experience.
- Energetic, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures while working independently.
- Ability to work in multiple locations.
- Availability to work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
- Willingness to perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and window wiping.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
