Product Marketing Manager (Auctions and CallPotential Products)

Storable is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to primarily build, execute, and continually refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our Auctions and CallPotential products. Both product lines are recent acquisitions for Storable and are at slightly different phases of integration into our broader offerings. We’re looking for an intellectually curious product marketer who has the demonstrated ability to distill market insights to construct GTM strategies and is comfortable with managing both nascent and mature products. They will also be comfortable executing on multiple concurrent, tactical workstreams. The ideal candidate will combine a cool and collected attitude with a strong drive to push projects through to completion.

What you will do:

Auctions -

  • Perform both qualitative and quantitative research to inform our growth and integration strategies for a relatively nascent product in Auctions.
  • Establish a deep understanding of the target personas necessary to drive bookings and continued product adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to design and execute on the resulting GTM strategy. Continuously test and iterate based on market feedback and bookings results to refine.

CallPotential -

  • Work closely with product management and our customer base to define our CallPotential Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product to drive market adoption.
  • Design strategies to integrate the CallPotential products into the broader Storable brand without a significant impact to churn or bookings growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our CallPotential Collection Manager and Lead Manager products

General - 

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, customer success, and finance to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with your product managers to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Build compelling launch strategies for new features we’re releasing to customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the storage insurance landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies
  • Construct simple yet highly differentiated positioning and foundational messaging statements to share with our marketing and sales teams
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral including slideware, one-pagers, ebooks, videos, and webinars, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing touchpoints
  • Contribute to field enablement efforts, including live training, recorded training, product demos, and value-based documentation
  • Collaborate with the other members of the Product Marketing team to craft and optimize multi-product solution packages

What you will need:

  • 5 years of relevant technology experience that can span product marketing, product management, strategic consulting, field enablement, etc. with at least 3 years of product marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the CRM space is a plus
  • Servant-leader mindset and approach to collaboration
  • Well-developed financial acumen
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Exceptional public speaking skills
  • Strong presentation building skills
  • Pricing and packaging experience is a plus

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%; visiting customers, prospects, and partners may be required from time to time
