Storage Post is looking for full-time Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead).

Senior Financial Analyst Duties: As a Senior Financial Analyst with Storage Post, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic financial models, annual budget preparation, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis of the real estate management company.
- Responsible for maintaining company projections and performance statements.
- Produce monthly company and divisional financial statistics schedules.
- Monitor performance of departments and initiatives relative to financial models and forecasts.
- Develop an understanding of the business and the significant profit drivers.
- Develop and maintain actual / pro forma financial models.
- Provide commentary and recommendations based upon work output.
- Assist team leaders in identifying business opportunities.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you must have:
- MBA in Finance or related field is required.
- 5 years’ experience as a financial analyst or related field.
- The ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point and SQL is required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
