Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team. *
2. Ensure daily contact center sales operations meet or exceed targets. *
3. Coach, mentor, and manage sales coaches to enhance their leadership skills and improve overall team sales performance. *
4. Develop and implement effective coaching practices and strategies to continually elevate the sales team's performance and results. *
5. Assess sales language and tactics regularly, adjusting based on performance data, and suggesting new tactics. *
6. Monitor representatives’ key sales indicators, prepare detailed performance reports, and take corrective actions as needed. *
7. Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report these findings to senior executives.
8. Stay updated on sales techniques and industry trends, recommending strategies for improvement.
9. Additional tasks or projects as assigned to support the growth and effectiveness of the SRC and StorageMart’s sales efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in sales management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze sales metrics and lead sales team effectively. Additional consideration given to experience in a call center environment.
1. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that have measurably improved business performance.
2. High proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools to effectively manage customer interactions and sales processes.
3. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and influencing both team members and external stakeholders.
4. Competency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and sales forecasts.
