PART TIME Self-Storage Relief Manager NEEDED

Compensation: $15/hour (based on prior self-storage experience) Paid Time Off

StoreRight Self Storage is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, positive, and dependable person to join our team.

* Ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales. Solid sales skills, a commitment to customer service and attention to detail are critical.

* Primary job duties include effective conversion of prospective customers into StoreRight Self Storage tenants. Effective marketing and telephone skills are vital. In addition the ability to provide exceptional customer service, assist in collecting monthly rent payments, reconcile daily deposits, and a well planned and delivered sales presentation of our self-storage units are necessary.

* Weekends and shift flexibility required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient on the computer
• Ability to reconcile cash, check, and credit card deposits
• Highly motivated and energetic
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Prepare units for show and rent
• Observation skills to monitor the property and grounds
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, coworkers, supervisors, owners, and vendors
• Present a positive and professional image
• Clear Motor Vehicle Report
