Job Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator plays an integral role in the back-office, organizational, and customer service support for the Storm Guard location.
The Scheduling Coordinator answers, routes, and addresses all incoming communication. Office Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements, including invoicing, job costing, generating work orders, and satisfying accounts payable / receivable.
Common clerical duties in the role consist of setting appointments with prospective customers, making courtesy calls to customers, inputting new customer information into the CRM system, updating calendars, and basic reporting and filing.
In addition to these administrative functions, the Scheduling Coordinator works closely with sales and production in a support capacity.
It’s important that the Scheduling Coordinator be detailed and highly organized, experienced with web-based customer relationship management systems, can work independently and confidently, and has an infectious disposition towards customer service and office synchronicity.
