Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the COO on long-term goals.
• Coordinate with corporate support to achieve objectives.
• Lead daily facility operations.
• Ensure efficient production schedules and inventory levels.
• Apply LEAN and Six Sigma to control costs while maintaining quality.
• Promote continuous improvement and eliminate production waste.
• Support new product development with R&D and engineering.
• Manage budgets and oversee inventory accuracy.
• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and employee morale.
• Ensure safety compliance and report incidents promptly.
• Oversee and maintain the QMS system.
• Manage hazardous waste and undergo required training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering, management, or related field; 2-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in cosmetics/food manufacturing.
• Preferred: 7-10 years in manufacturing
• Managing a 20-person crew, and multi-shift operations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
