Job Duties:
- Ensure product meets customer specifications as a quality analyst.
- Perform first piece inspection using various techniques and instruments as a quality assurance technician.
- Conduct activities per quality plan and relevant procedures.
- Report high percentages of defective parts to maintain quality standards.
- Perform in-process audits to visual standards as a quality analyst.
- Determine product conformance and identify and review non-conforming products.
- Ensure conformance to molding line clearance and order packet information.
- Assist in training operators in quality and decision-making as a quality assurance technician.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area to support quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing experience
