Job Duties:

  • Ensure product meets customer specifications as a quality analyst.
  • Perform first piece inspection using various techniques and instruments as a quality assurance technician.
  • Conduct activities per quality plan and relevant procedures.
  • Report high percentages of defective parts to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform in-process audits to visual standards as a quality analyst.
  • Determine product conformance and identify and review non-conforming products.
  • Ensure conformance to molding line clearance and order packet information.
  • Assist in training operators in quality and decision-making as a quality assurance technician.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area to support quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of Quality Assurance and Manufacturing experience
