A Sales Representative job in the Irvine, CA area is available with Storm Search. Ideally, this person will be located in the Irvine, CA area, but can be located anywhere in CA. You will work remotely when not visiting clients. This is a Direct Hire job opportunity offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and uncapped commission!

The Sales Representative will establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers, as well as drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

Some of the Responsibilities of the Sales Representative include:

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of products, services and operations offered by the company. Interact regularly operations managers and operational staff
• Seek and prospect ground opportunities.
• Work with C-Suite to establish customer needs.
• Work internally to devise solutions for the potential customer.
• Prospect new business with sales team, seeking to meet the strategic growth ambitions defined by the
• company.
• Grow and retain existing business, while pursuing new customers.
• Present new opportunities and request the appropriate stakeholder collaboration to validate customer
• approach.
• Collaborate with teams on Request for Quotation (RFQ), pricing, and handover preparations.

Some of the Qualifications/Requirements of the Sales Representative include:

• 5 years of field sales experience in logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works well under pressure and stress.
• Team player with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High energy and performance level.
• Must be able to travel when requested.
