The Associate Territory Manager is responsible for generating leads and driving sales through face-to-face interactions with customers within an assigned territory. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Main Responsibilities:

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within the territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current customers.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence.
• Researching competitors’ products and market conditions.
• Staying informed about industry developments through meetings and events.
• Strategically negotiating with customers to close sales.

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, business, or marketing.
• Proven outside sales experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities
