Key Responsibilities & Duties:
The role of the Shutter Installer is to provide a quality customer experience through the installation, maintenance, and repairs of a wide range of residential Storm Shutters and associated equipment in the Bradenton, Florida area.
Installation, repair, and servicing of all types of Storm Shutters
Fault find/diagnose and repair common and more complex problems.
Accurate measurement of replacement parts
Willing to be flexible with hours with potential early starts or after-hours work to cater to client’s requests or construction site hours.

Required Skills/ Abilities:
Strong fault-finding skills and rectification of mechanical issues and basic electrical problems, minimizing the need to go back on jobs.
Excellent communication skills in dealing with fellow staff and clients on site.
Bilingual is a plus.
A self-starter and ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
Previous Experience in the construction, exterior home improvements, masonry industries is necessary.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Current valid driver’s license, no suspensions, or multiple moving violations.
