About the Role:

Join a dynamic financial services provider as a Senior FX Trader. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them in regaining control of their payment processes and providing insight into the FX market. By guiding them through the world of currencies, rates, and hedging, you will help reduce risks and strengthen trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a sparring partner, switching quickly between various tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and onboarding.
• Build a strong network and extensive knowledge of the FX market, helping clients achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage client relationships via telephone, handling all aspects of the sales process.
• Achieve quarterly targets and generate new business in collaboration with the Account Management team.

What You Bring:

• Affinity with the financial sector and the FX market.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience as an FX Senior or FX Account Manager/Relationship Manager.
• A strong portfolio of clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Finance.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A self-starter mentality with a drive to challenge yourself and excel.

• You will be leading a team of 20 in Düsseldorf, with a mix of 70% Business Development (Hunters) and 30% Account Managers (Farmers).
• Successful candidates have a "shark mentality" and a strong ambition to excel in the role.
• Previous interviews have been conducted, indicating an advanced hiring stage (3/4 interviews completed).
