Storm2 is currently working with a NYSE-listed FinTech company that processes $1T worth of transactions every month in partnership with companies such as Apple, Google, Walgreens and Amazon.

They are now building a new FinTech branch that will be focused on Embedded Finance solutions. The engineering leadership team consists of people from Amazon, Lyft, Google and Coinbase.

They are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge financial technology platform. You will oversee projects and workstreams within they organization, introduce new capabilities to developer communities, and foster innovation by collaborating with customers to create groundbreaking Embedded Finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers and external stakeholders – driving growth and visibility.

• Break down complex problems into smaller digestible steps, in order to drive product features at scale and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

• Establish and maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders.

• Partner with stakeholders from product, UX, engineering, strategy, and go-to-market teams to pinpoint and drive innovative solutions that fulfill business objectives and align with the long-term product strategies.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience as either TPM or software engineer/architect

• Extensive hands-on technical experience in at least one of the areas: large scale software engineering, distributed systems, fintech, or enterprise products.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneous.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
