💼 Position: Strategic Account Executive
🌐 Location: San Fran (hybrid)
💰 Compensation: $125K - $170K Base 50/50 Split Equity
I'm currently partnered with a Regtech company that offers employment and income verification services, streamlining the process for lenders, employers, and other institutions.
Requirements:
- 6 years min of experience in Strategic sales
- Consistently hitting quota every year (e.g., 4x the largest deal)
- Experience coming from a startup and large corporations
- Hunter mindset (e.g., first to do something, founding AE, first to sell a new product, unicorn candidate, etc.)
- Experience selling to credit unions, banks, and fintech (potentially dealing with mortgages)
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies
