As the Vice President, Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and strategy of the organization. You will lead architectural decisions, guide technical teams, and ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of our systems. Your expertise will drive the innovation and development of cutting-edge fintech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Define and communicate the technical architecture and vision for the organization. Lead the development of technical strategies to support business objectives.
• Architecture Design : Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Team Guidance : Mentor and lead a team of architects and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative technical environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
• Risk Management : Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure systems are designed to handle high availability and disaster recovery scenarios.
• Quality Assurance : Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system architecture and development processes. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the organization’s technical strategy.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership roles, with a focus on scalable and secure systems. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
• Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud services, APIs, and microservices architecture. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks. Proficient with Java and Azure.
• Leadership Skills : Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams. Strong ability to drive technical strategy and innovation.
• Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of making sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
