Job Title: Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain our systems, enabling seamless operation of our Healthtech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support our Healthtech platform.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure high availability and performance of our applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to automate deployment processes and improve infrastructure efficiency.
• Manage cloud services and environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) to optimize cost and performance.
• Implement and enforce security best practices across our infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role, preferably in Healthtech or a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack).
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience with healthcare data and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
