My clients are seeking a dynamic and driven Solar Project Manager to join their team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or construction, specifically with Solar PV systems, and a go-getter attitude. This role requires someone who can effectively manage solar projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar PV projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Solar PV systems.
- NABCEP certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in construction, either in solar or with large general contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
