Role: Solar Project Manager Location: Connecticut (hybrid) Clean Energy (Solar) Competitive A C&I solar company are looking for an Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of solar energy systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage solar project development, including feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on solar energy projects. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and industry standards. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
