Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and has the drive to learn how to represent homeowners when they are being taking advantage of by their insurance companies.You do need to have the ability and willingness to communicate with clients and learn to answer discovery, draft pleadings and motions, research and brief as necessary, attend hearings, and mediations.We can train you on some of these things if you fit with our culture.

Salary is dependent upon experience and your ability to grow. We also have awesome incentive plans based on your performance and production. Experience Preferred: 0-3 years of civil litigation experience with a Texas Bar license
