Story Tavern is a family owned and operated pub in Downtown Burbank that serves home-made gluten free comfort food. We offer a variety of food options like burgers, sandwiches, fried foods, mac and cheeses and much more. Our staff is friendly, knowledgeable and highly team oriented. Cross training and upward mobility are highly promoted and encouraged.
Lead Prep Cook and Expeditor will manage the kitchen window involving constant communication between lead line cook and the front of house to optimally organize the flow of orders going in and out of the kitchen. Efficiency is key, and lead expeditor is required to utilize time management to ensure proper ticket times while maintaining quality control of all dishes. At Story Tavern we work hard as team to guarantee success. We strive for upward mobility within the company; and as lead expeditor there will be room to improve overall skillsets and managerial duties. Compensation will be increased when more duties are taken on, and management skills have improved.
