Job Description Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to join the Business Development team. The Implementation Consultant will play a key role in overseeing data migration projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services for the PTC Suite of software applications. This individual will lead migration teams through all project phases, from requirements definition to implementation, while providing exceptional solutions to technical and non-technical end users.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data migration projects or related fields.
• Experience with PTC Suite of software applications preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAD and Non-CAD data migration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead migration teams through all phases of data migration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Design and implement data migration solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide guidance and support to technical and non-technical end users during the migration process.
• Work closely with project managers to track progress and identify risks.
• Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
