BEVERAGE MANAGER
Directly responsible for overall administration, coordination, and execution of the beverage program for our brand new restaurant and bar opening this fall.
Responsibilities:
To manage the restaurant’s Operating business, including but not limited to:
Primary focus will be on ensuring top-notch service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with the GM, responsible for the planning and execution of the beverage program.
In collaboration with the GM, responsible for development of The Restaurant’s beverage program, including but not limited to building a main and reserve beverage list, beverage purchasing, beverage pricing, organization and cataloging of beverage inventory, setup and roll out of inventory management software, maintenance of beverage room, and establishment of beverage service SOPs
Participate in restaurant service regularly ensuring proper delivery of products while setting an example for and coaching staff
Maintain knowledge of industry trends
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers through communication and in person meetings
Assist GM in hiring, training, evaluating and terminating employees
Maintain cleanliness standards and food safety procedures

Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities and staffing
Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
Train, coach and develop all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations
Ensure restaurant and bar is in complete compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Is knowledgeable on all DOH requirements pertaining to establishment.
